انجام کار درست و کاهش خطر در اختلال زنجیره تامین، محرک‌های اصلی مسئولیت‌پذیری شرکت ماشین سازی اصفهان در تدارکات جهانی را تشکیل داده است. بسته به پروژه‌ها، شرکت ماشین سازی اصفهان از اندوخته‌های خود استفاده و برخی تجهیزات دیگر را از شرکت‌های معروف خارجی به ویژه اروپایی‌ها خریداری می‌کند.
طراحی و مهندسی
شرکت ماشین سازی اصفهان با هدف تسریع در تولید و هماهنگی بین فرآیندهای مهندسی و تولید بیش از پیش، واحد طراحی و مهندسی را در دفتر مرکزی خود در تهران به زیربنای 1500 متر مربع و با طراحی، مهندسی و تهیه نقشه‌های کارگاهی تجهیز کرده است. 40 نفر که شامل کارشناسان ارشد و کارشناسی هنر و تکنسین‌های نقشه‌کشی می‌باشد.

نصب و راه‌اندازی
خدمات نصب و راه اندازی ما به صورت مستقل یا به عنوان یک بسته در پروژه‌هایی که شرکت ماشین سازی اصفهان ساخته می‌شود در دسترس است. این خدمات می‌تواند توسط شرکت خواهر شرکت ماشین سازی اصفهان، شرکت ساختمان‌های صنعتی، IBC انجام شود. که می‌تواند در زمینه نصب، به خوبی راه اندازی سازه‌های بتنی و مهندسی عمران خدمات ارائه دهد.
EMMC has provided the possibility to enter into vast arenas of manufacturing with the presence of more than 50 expert workforces, benefiting from 600 skillful and semi- adept workers, and the application of modern-world machinery and knowledge, following by the potential of design and manufacturing for this plant. Investments
Financial management Concerns the acquisition (investment), financing, and management of assets with some overall goals in mind. The Finance Department supports EMMC on a day to day basis to assist in the delivery of the business plan and corporate objectives.

A strategy and integration organization, led by the CEO, hosts our “Business Functions”, including Human Resources, Finance, IT and Technology, Marketing, Research and Development, and Procurement while ensures integration across the Divisions and Functions.
PARTNERS AND SUPPLIES
We are working with several of our business partners on projects to address Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability concerns. Installation, Erection and commissioning could be carried out by EMMC sister company, Industrial Building Company, IBC which can also provide services in field of concrete structures and Civil engineering. Doing the right thing and mitigation of risk of supply chain disruption have formed the primary drivers for EMMC responsibility in Global Procurement. Depending on the projects, EMMC acquires seals and some other equipment from well-known foreign companies specially European one. We hope to activate sustainable procurement procedures in coming years. Our goal would be define to work with our suppliers and business partners to establish sound and sustainable procurement procedures, and take steps to ensure our suppliers and business partners adhere to the same principles as we do.
